We recommend that people use the supplied power supplies as we cannot guarantee product performance when used with non-specified power supplies. (Replacement power supplies can be purchased online.)
If customers use their own supply they must ensure that they meet the local UL/CSA safety requirements, and meet the following specifications:
Centre connector pin is positive.
Power supplies must be fully floating (not grounded) to prevent noise pickup.
